Short bio:

Hi! My name is Jacob Greminger and I’m a graduate of Missouri Baptist University where I played baseball for 5 years. Baseball is what drove me to becoming a personal trainer. Upon entering college I was told I wasn’t good enough to play at the collegiate level. If you were to ask the people with whom I associate myself, they might tell you “never tell him he can’t do something.”

I dedicated my time not only in the gym and on the field but also through school to help myself become the best I could be. I graduated college with a 3.9 GPA, started as an outfielder my final three years, and helped Missouri Baptist University become one of the first schools in the midwest with an accredited Exercise Science program.

Life has thrown many curveballs my way and I fully believe that we all have a purpose in. Within the year of 2016 my Partner Marc Goedker and I acquired Powerplay, I became a father to my beautiful little girl Ryker and in October of 2017  will be marrying my best friend, Emily.
